No Return & No Refund Policy

All books purchased from our store are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order has been successfully placed and delivered, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or monetary refunds under any circumstances.

As books are digital/printed intellectual products and carefully packed before shipment, we request customers to review their orders thoroughly before completing the purchase.

Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

We understand that damages may occasionally occur during shipping or handling. In such cases, we are happy to provide an exchange for the damaged product subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Exchange

An exchange request will only be accepted if:

  • The book received is physically damaged during delivery
  • The customer received the wrong book/item
  • The product has major printing defects or missing pages caused during production

Conditions for Exchange

To process an exchange request:

  1. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Customers must provide:
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged package
    • Photos/videos of the damaged book
    • Order ID and delivery details
  3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  4. Minor color variations, slight packaging wear, or personal preference issues will not be considered valid reasons for exchange

Exchange Approval Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved by our support team:

  • A replacement copy of the same book will be shipped
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the same book is unavailable, an alternative solution may be provided at our discretion

Non-Eligible Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Minor aesthetic differences
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We ensure that every order is securely packed before dispatch. However, if damage occurs during transit, customers must notify us immediately so we can assist with a replacement process.
